Our pipe burst during the cold snap and we woke up to water all over the place. It was pretty overwhelming. DRYFY picked up right away and had a crew at the house quickly. They got the water cleaned up, set up fans and dehumidifiers. They explained what happened so we didn't feel in the dark.
They also worked with our insurance company, which took a huge weight off our shoulders. They came back each day to check the drying and kept us updated the whole time. The team was respectful, clean and easy to work with.
